Attitude, Behaviour, Confidence

Crofton School of Shotokan Karate was originally founded in 1976 when training was held in the Stubbington Community Centre and then later at the Hammond Hall.

The club then moved to it's current location at Crofton School, Marks road, Stubbington in 1982. We practise Shotokan Karate, the most popular and widely taught of all the styles of this Martial Art.

Our aim is to provide quality instruction, promote health & fitness, develop self defence knowledge and build confidence. We welcome adults of all ages and ability and Crofton Kids Karate classes are a good way to get youngsters age 6 and above away from the television and games consoles! Karate enables them to have fun, get fit and channel their energy and meet new friends in an activity for life!
